Since 2001, TECSYSTEM quality system has been ISO certified, according to UNI EN ISO 9001, for all design, production, marketing and after-sales activities.

SAFETY
During the years, some of TECSYSTEM products have obtained UL and RINA certifications: another important guarantee of reliability and quality of our products and systems.
ETHICS
TECSYSTEM aims at providing customers with an increasingly satisfactory service while developing its business by maintaining a balanced and harmonious relationship between individuals and society.
We pursue this result by continuously improving our performance in terms of efficiency of our activities. A choice based on our mission: enhancing all businesses and resources towards which the company has some responsibility, namely customers, employees, society in general, and our partners.
All TECSYSTEM personnel are involved in our Quality Policy and each company process is kept under constant control. The system adopted is implemented through actions applied at all levels of the organisation and throughout production in a methodical, planned and documented manner. Such a system aims at achieving the following objectives: -Satisfaction of customers, employees, and partners -Market leadership -Economic and organisational development -Continuous improvement of processes and results.
In particular, the Board of Directors have identified the company’s core values, directly related to business objectives, which can be summarised as the pursuit of total quality in every aspect of all the activities and the search for solutions that fully meet customers' needs.
